About

The Guelph Jazz Society is a registered not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening and celebrating jazz in Guelph and the surrounding region. Through live performances, educational programs, community ensembles, jam sessions, and public events, we create opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to experience, learn, and participate in jazz.

Our mission is to foster a vibrant, inclusive jazz community by supporting local musicians, presenting high-quality performances, preserving the rich traditions of jazz while encouraging new artistic voices, and making jazz accessible to everyone. We believe jazz has the power to connect people across generations and cultures, enrich community life, and inspire creativity.

Whether you’re a lifelong jazz enthusiast, an aspiring musician, or simply curious to explore the music, the Guelph Jazz Society welcomes you to be part of our growing community.
